You’ll get luxury, space & tranquility in this premium villa – away from the crowds, but close to everything. There are many restaurants and activities in the area.

Ideally located just outside Mijas Pueblo. It’s the perfect place to enjoy the sun, sea & mountains, at any time of year!

The villa

Set over 2 floors, you will marvel at the exceptional details and design of this villa.

The views are stunning, across the mountain to the sea. This house is perfect for a short or longer stay, as it is fully equipped with everything you might need, including high speed internet.

There are two double bedrooms on the lower floor, a TV-room, plus a wet room (shower room) & toilet.
The master bedroom has an extra large bed and en-suite bathroom, with a bath and a separate shower.

The kitchen is fully equipped. It includes all amenities such as a Phillips gourmet coffee machine, dishwasher, kettle etc. We provide coffee beans, tea, and basic condiments as standard.

The kitchen leads into the separate dining room, and to the BBQ area at the back. There is one large stone barbacoa, and an additional portable Weber BBQ at your disposal – perfect for outdoor cooking!

Upstairs there are two additional bedrooms and another bathroom.
One bedroom has two single beds, and the other a double bed. Both have access to a large terrace, with panoramic views – the sunset is beautiful.

The living room is the center of the house, with a log-burning fire; perfect for winter stays. There is even a smaller separate TV room – ideal if some of your group want to watch a movie whilst others want to relax in the living room, without disturbing each other.

All bedrooms are luxuriously designed, with premium bedding and mattresses. And for your convenience the villa has a washer and separate dryer.

Outside, the heated pool (heated end October until early May) has 8 sun-loungers (pool towels provided) and there’s a ping pong table too.

The terrace outside has multiple dining and seating areas, it’s the perfect place to enjoy long lunches or dinners.

Located in an exclusive development, we recommend you have a car to make the most of the beautiful location in the mountains.
The large driveway can accommodate several cars. Taxis are easy to get and there is a bus stop nearby.

The beach is around 11 mins drive and Mijas Pueblo with countless restaurants/bars/shops is less than 5 mins drive.

In the local area you can enjoy: water-parks, watersports, golf courses, shopping malls, playgrounds, zoo’s, hiking, mountain biking, fishing, adventure parks, mini golf and so much more.

We have an outward facing security camera at our perimeter.

We politely advise, that due to disappointing past experiences, we cannot accommodate bachelorette/stag parties or groups predominantly age under 22.

Please let us know if you are bringing young children or infants, as we are happy to provide a cot, high chair and kids cutlery etc.

The pool heating is 25 degrees set between end-October to early May .

Please note at booking that the availability of the pool is subject to government legislation related to the extreme drought in Andalusia. (This applies to all pools in the region) so please note there is a small chance this will impact the availability of the pool.

All guests over 18 must provide their national photo ID at check in, as per spanish law (decree 28/2016)
